Beautiful knee length silky velvet pencil skirt. Fully lined with back zip closure. This is a size 10. Material does have some stretch to it. Waste measures 15 1/2 inches across and skirt is 23 inches from waist to hem. I purchased this from White House Black market two winters ago but it’s been hanging in my closet ever since. It’s never been worn and the kick pleat is even still sewed. The material is a polyester spandex and it is machine washable.
