Cute little eyelet top by W5. Stretchy material. Tie at neckline. Ruffled cuffs. NWT and never worn. This seems to run a little big to me. Measurements (all taken flat): Bust - 20.25" Waist - 21.5" Sleeve - 9" Length - 22" My mannequin measures 38" at the bust and 32.25" in the waist. This was slightly big on the mannequin.
