thesearch21 women's when I bought it - it is adjustable as it is a deployment buckle so the end goes into the shiney buckle and you pull it thru till it fits than us the screw bar in pic 2 secures it (you may want to google how to use deployment buckles- easy) thanks for asking. IMO almost anything could be unisex if 1" width and 32" length is appropriate size. This is a high end brand and is well made
