NWT Vintage plaid wool dress women's size 6

This dress is super dainty and you can tell by simply looking at it, that it's vintage and made from great quality fabric! A dress like this would go for hundreds of dollars easy if it was in excellent condition. I want to point out some holes in the dress(see pictures for more views) The holes are not too bad but the dress will need some mending. The holes are barely noticeable when wearing due to the built in slip and the other hole is on the sleeve near the wrist. They are all small holes nothing major. Please be sure to view all pictures and video to see the true beauty of this dress! The dress does not have a care label inside or a size on the inside tag. However, I believe it's a size 6 because a number 6 is written on the hang tag and the measurements indicate it's a size 6. The pit to pit measurement is 17inches across. The length from top of shoulder to bottom hem is 43inches long. This dress has built in shoulder pads, lined with a black slip, and has 2 pockets.
