New with tags Allen Lolly vintage velvet brocade skirt with pockets originally sold at Lazarus! Unique side button closure i0s part of the pocket. No flaws noted. Acetate/rayon mix. Size on tag says 12 (on skirt) 12p (on sales tag). Measurements seem much smaller- maybe closer to an 8 or 10?
