NWT Vintage Talbott Skirt and Top

This is an amazing 2 piece vintage green skirt and top by Talbott travler. The skirt tag reads size 12 but listing as a size 6 and top fits like a small medium. Model wearing size 8. Laying down flay the skirt measures 12.5" the waist is elastic and stretches to 15". The length of the skirt is 23.5". The bust of top measures 18" and armpit to armpit 20"The length from shoulder to bottom is 20".
