The jacket has shoulder pads (could be removed if desired). Jacket closes with a rhinestone clasp. Jacket is a longer length...could be worn with other pants or with a skirt. Pants have elastic waist - pull on. Straight leg - high waist. N3593 Stretchy with 10% spandex.
