NWT Vintage Polka Dot Dress

Polka dotted, pleated midi dress with gold buttons, 80s - 90s with shoulder pads. Was $50 back in the day... which is kinda a lot! The polka dots are mostly black with a few blue here and there. **New with tags! **Never been worn! Says size 16, but is a lot smaller than that - happy to send measurements, if interested. :) Cute for a picnic or a day at the park or sunday brunch! BL on the tag stands for Belk / Leggetts' department store (a southern staple). Kinda retro, cottagecore / old money vibes. Stretch waist with belt loops and shoulder pads can be removed.
