New with tags vintage nautical blouse from the brand Ann Marie Double breasted with bronze colored buttons with anchors on them Fake pockets on either side of the front Collar that wraps around the back Black and sparkly gold striped band around collar and sleeves Made out of acetate and rayon Has large shoulder pads, but they can be cut out The tag says it’s a size 11/12 but since it’s vintage, sizing may differ.
