NWT Vintage Multicolor Floral Pencil Skirt Womens Sz 4/26

I got this amazing vintage pencil skirt from as a gift for my birthday, which was thrifted at a local Minneapolis vintage boutique. It's unfortunately too big for me (I wear a 00 or 0). It's in perfect (vintage) condition and still has tags on from the boutique. Waist is 26 inches, so it fits a 4. Length is 19 inches. The tag says size 9, but that's not accurate (or is from very dated sizing!) Brand is A. Byer. Material is 100% cotton and can be washed/dried/ironed. The skirt features a stunning multicolored floral pattern and half-zip close on the back with an adorable flower button! There's a small notch on back-bottom hem that's very flattering and helps with walking :)
