NWT Vintage Miss Scotch English white & Navy ribbed top ruffled size small

Miss Scotch English from B&B sweater mills, NYC Beautiful white ribbed short sleeved top with ruffles all around the collar, cuffs and down the front, such a cute top. The ruffled trim in in navy, the buttons down the front are for decoration and do not open this top is a pop over the head. I have two of these items both exactly the same and same size is new with tags and the second is new without tags, no signs of wear whatsoever. Unfortunately, no size tag fits like a small to medium.
