NWT Vintage Michelle Leslie blouse

This beautifully floral with leaves blouse is just outstanding! It is a buttoned down blouse with royal/ navy buttons with a gold circle around them. There are pink flowers with green and blue leaves throughout. The best part...there are shoulder pads. lol. They do not make clothing like this anymore!
