NWT Vintage Express Pleated Maxi Skirt Green Size Small

This is brand new with the tags and is vintage. It has the mksf gorgeous pleating and the color is bold and jewel toned and beautiful. It has a stretchy waistband and a great length. This could be worn for work or for play and easily dressed up or down. There is no size tag but I measured it about 11.5 inches so listed it as a size small.
