NWT Vintage ‘90s Express Light Blue Layered Floral Sleeveless Maxi Dress

This beautiful vintage ‘90s Express maxi dress features a sheer light blue overlay over a floral print underlay, scoop neck, and pull on closure. It still has its original tags attached, including the $86.00 price tag - a pretty penny for most of us at the time! Measures 19 1/2 inches underarm to underarm, 43 inches underarm to bottom hem. The size tag is an 11/12 and I’d say it fits like a modern U.S. Women’s Large / Extra Large. New with tags, never worn.
