NWT,Vintage 90's,Black,Velvet-Like Sheer,Floral,Midi Dress with Blue Slip Liner

This beautiful dress is NEW with tags still on it. It is a sheer, see-through soft, black, velvet-like, floral, material over a baby blue slip liner. The liner is separate from the dress & can be used with other things, as can the black velvet-like floral overlay. It also has black velvet trim around the arm openings & neckline. The slip liner is 100% polyester & the black velvet-like floral overlay is 100% nylon & both items can be hand washed in cold water or dry cleaned. Lady's size M (8/10). It sold for $48 back in the early 90's so can you even imagine what it would sell for 30+ years later with today's high prices, that is, if you could even find something similar to it?😳 Smoke & pet hair free home.
