NWT Vineyard Vines blue silk dress

Very cute preppy Vineyard Vines blue silk dress. Ends just above the knee. Has a white collar with 4 front buttons. Sleeves end below the elbow and are cuffed with a button (shown in pictures). Has a built-in slip. Marked size 6, runs true to size. Would be VERY cute with some Jack Rogers and a wide brim hat on a trip to the beach 😉
