NWT Vineyard Vines Strapless top size 6

Brand new strapless top from Vineyard Vines, size 6. Really cute light blue seashell print. I bought this a long time ago and never wore it. There is one small spot with tiny marks on it (pictured), I have not tried to remove it. There is a zipper on the left side.
