NWT Victoria's Secret Velvet Plunge Bralette CLOSET CLEAR-OUT MUST GO

Victoria's Secret NWT bralette in black (not the gray pictured here). It is all black velvet (no sparkles on most of it. There are silver sparkles on the straps. Ordered a size too small and can't return. It's super cute, though! Make me an offer!!!
