NWT Victoria's Secret Lingerie

Sexy and cute VS plaid lingerie with a big front bow. This is an adorable set that I bought on clearance after the holiday. Unfortunately it arrived missing one garter strap (note, there are only 3 in the picture), and doesn't fit me right. :( I never returned it to get my money back, so I'm hoping someone on here will be able to benefit. The original price was $129.50. I paid $100 and am asking $40.
