Beautiful brightly colored embroidered dress by Vicky & Lucas. Off white lining covered in off white mesh embroidered with brightly colored flowers with an almost sea-like feel. Beautifully done. 3/4 sleeves and hidden zipper on the side. New With Tags. In very good condition, there was one slight unraveled thread by the armpit. No stains or tears.
