Brand new with tags, never used. Bought the wrong size back in November as an xmas present for my mom's dog, but it was the wrong size and too late to return it. Size Large is recommended for a 15" to 26" neck size dog, such as a boxer or golden retriever. Easy plastic click closure and a metal ring to affix tags or a leash. Adjustable.
