NWT Veronica Beard Vinci sleeveless Top Peru XL, runs slim, may fit Large too

Brand new! Purchased off website but it runs on small size for XL. Would fit a large better! Slim fit for a XL. Length is short waisted at 11”. Falls at waist. Chest Width is 38” around or 19” across. Sleeveless with 10” arm pits. Arm pits are wide. Muscle tee. See pictures for measurements. Tan and white stripped, prima cotton, gathered down each side and ties at each side. New with tags. No flaws. Clean, non smoking home, I put it back in original bag it came in. Machine wash, hang dry. Made in Peru.
