@kdclassics thanks for update, will square away with post office upon delivery. I didn’t have any issues with my PO sending out. If still interested in other suitcase I will have to purchase a $19.99 shipping label through posh. Which will then be reflected in the new sale price. I’d be willing to split the increased shipping cost with you.

@jennanels I don’t know what happened with Posh that there was a discrepancy with the cost coverage provided on the return label. It’s really weird. First, I will wait for a full refund before paying for the replacement and second, I do not want to pay any additional than the purchase price of $225. With tax and shipping it ending up costing me a total of $251.29. If it’s still available i am interested in the same price only. And I’m hopeful there will be no issues with replacememt. TY

One wheel is raised in the photo. Your floor can’t be that uneven. Do all 4 wheels hit the floor together? The spin aspect of these suitcases is imperative. All 4 wheels need to be even or this is basically a defective model. Please specify.

@calliegrace57 the picture makes it look way more raised than it actually is. The wheels all spin evenly and in tandem. It is not defective from the moving/spinning perspective. The uneven wheel does not prohibit it from spinning properly or functioning properly. I will add a video now to show you 😊
