Venus smocked top bandeau maxi swim or beach cover-up dress. Could be worn out as a summer maxi dress as it is not see-through. New and ordered directly through Venus online last summer. Venus does not ever attach tags to their items, so technically there are no tags. Venus is still selling this item today on their website! Beautiful pattern of blue and white. Silky/satiny material. So cute! Size extra small, but could easily be a small and maybe even a medium. I purchased this last summer and only tried it on once. Never wore. My reason for selling this item: I purchased several swimsuit cover-up dresses last year and I have too many.
