NWT Velvet Dress/Gown

Emerald green. Bought full price from Nordstrom for a bridesmaid dress but needed a different size and never returned it. Crafted of lustrous velvet, this shoulder-baring gown is styled with a statement bodice overlay. The gown features pretty pleats at the side and a flared hem. It’s so flattering!!
