chermiekins @christiekurczak Hi, I pulled these and double checked that the box and the shoe do not say.. I went a bit further and pulled pics of Vans in dusty blue (a discontinued color), and Vans current blue (called halogen)…. These, IMHO don’t look like either color… they look closest to the dusty, but not as dark, but def darker than the halogen. Not sure this helps… they are men’s 6.5/women’s 8 unisex.
