J Crew Circa 2007, The Versailles Dress was touted as a collector's item immediately upon its long-awaited launch in the Spring 2007. Released as Limited Edition, the dress sold out in days and was never re-issued. For the past 18 years buyers have flooded the net in search of the dress as it's become a collector's item and near impossible to find. Fashioned after the classic 1950s French Toile Country Dresses. I've never worn it, I just bought it as a collector's piece Size: 2 Color: Traditional Toile Style Print with a Creme Background and soft multi-color print Fabric: 100% Cotton Condition: Brand New With Tags. Never Worn. There is a spot by the hem which I noticed while measuring. It's covered by the pleats.
