NWT VTG Candle Scarf PartyLite

PartyLite candle scarf in seasonal red and amber colors. This is a beaded collar that drapes over a pillar candle to give it extra style and sparkle. From the early 2000's, never used and still has the original tag attached. Fits over 2.5" or larger candle. Candle not included unless you want it, it's gray and unscented.
