NWT VINTAGE TORRID BLACK LACE PLEATED HALTER DRESS SIZE 26

So exquisite, and luscious in all it’s black on black beauty! The textures is what makes this one so “to die for”.. So we have the halter top bodice in a satin like fabric. It’s tastefully pleated from over the bust and down. There is no crossing of fabric across the breast, it’s one whole piece. There is another band that goes across the waist, it’s just under 3 inches and ends at the sides, from there the band blends into a long ribbon on both sides. These ribbons are also shy of 3” and can tie nicely into a bow with long tails. The back of the top has an elastic band with slight give, it’s also where there is a 13” zipper for easy on/off. The bottom part, my gosh… the lace is delicate with floral detail, and the bottom has 3, 1” ribbons all the way around. The lace hem has a gentle scalloped edge. Under that, we have a soft black modesty layer, and under that we have another layer that is trimmed with tulle. You can get some good volume and movement with these layers. Unstretched measurements: Bust 50” Waist 46” 43” length from halter, this can vary on how you tie the halter though. 30” length from back of where zipper starts. This can also vary with how you wear this since this is should sit around where your back bra line is at. TORRID SIZE 26 I had purchased this in the early 2000’s, it was the only size left and I thought I could alter it. But Never did. It’s just been stored. Blacks are rich, no tears or defects that I am seeing. Excellent condition.
