New with tag size 00. This is the perfect dress for a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday, wedding guest cocktaildress reception, or wedding reception. The dress itself is in near perfect condition, this is a strapless dress so this won’t affect the appearance of the dress at all but one of the hanging straps is broken, as you can see in one of the photos where I’ve tied it into a bow. Besides that there’s a minor run on the tie where the skirt wraps. Not noticeable at all. Lastly I will note that the hem of the corset ribbon is raw cut, as far as I know it came like that and it’s not a defect.
