NWT Urban Outfitters Plaid Pleated Mini Skirt

This is a brand new urban outfitters plaid pleated mini skirt. I’ve only worn it to try it on, but it’s always been too tight. Size Medium High waisted Please see the measurements. There is no stretch to this skirt, so normally a medium in this brand would fit me. (I’m a size 8-10) but this skirt fits more snug and more similar to a 6-8 in my opinion.
