NWT Urban Outfitters Black Floral Dress

This NWT beautiful long sleeve floral dress is fully lined except for flowing sleeves that gather at wrist. There is a ruffled elastic neckline, left side zip, wide band fitted waist to a full mini skirt. This is NEW and is 32”-34” long, 19.5” armpit to armpit, and 14.25” across waist. This does run a little small so may want to compare measurements to something of yours. Really awesome dress paired with boots!
