NWT midi dress from Universal Thread. Size XS. Linen & rayon shell with cotton lining. Features button front, smocked back, white and blue stripes, and adjustable button straps. Noted a few lines in fabric (possibly pen?) as pictured. Lightweight and perfect fit summer. Has pockets!
