NWT Umgee Asymmetrical neck tunic with raw hems

This is a new with tags, asymmetrical neck tunic. It is from one of my favorite boutiques in Door County, Spot. It is long sleeve but a light weight material. 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It also has a cute detail of raw hems at the shoulders. Very cute shirt. Would be great for all those patriotic holidays!
