NWT Black dress perfect for beach with under nice bathing suit, scoop neckline with open bottom, slip-on style , strappy patern and see through. Item is marked a small but could definitely fit a medium, so I've marked it as such. New never been worn but has some tiny mark on the front as you can see on the pictures. 100% polyester. Measurements are 51" bust 38" hips 42"
