NWT Torrid Sz 2x Navy LS Star Jacquard Peasant Blouse

New Torrid Sz 2x, 18-20, Navy peasant style blouse. Long sleeves. Super soft satin type material, slightly brighter than navy blue in color, with star print. Can tie the front hanging pieces at the neck or leave as is. I noticed the material appears see through in the picture but is not when I tried it on. Never worn. No smoking home. Stored in closet. Dogs do live in home.
