NWT Torrid Over-the-Knee Zip Boots

NWT Torrid Over-the-Knee Zip Boots. New with tags. Never worn. Faux leather. Straps & faux buckles. Buckles are silver tone. 1.5” heel. Zipper closure goes from sole to 17” up the boot. The boot itself is 25” tall from bottom of heel to top of boot. At the top of the zipper, the boot measures 9.5” in diameter. Top of the boot measures 10” in diameter.
