NWT Tobi Maxi cutout dress

Black Maxi dress with cut outs on side and in back (seen in photos) NEVER WORN - NWT. It was a gift but too long for me. It is a size M but LONG***** I am 5’6’’ and even with high wedges still too long for me! Keep that in mind! Great and comfy material! Sorry for the bad photos I couldn’t get in it one photo!
