marissa44444444 @nancyhudler we also had gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs and chinchillas. Although we had 10 rabbits, we did not offer them one of these toys. We usually had larger chewing toys for the rabbits.

I use to have gerbils and rabbits when I was young and when my kids were young, they were great pets. My grandkids have a rabbit so I was checking for them. Thanks again and have a great day.

marissa44444444 @nancyhudler yes, we had 35 animals when my 33 year old daughter passed away suddenly. She had wanted to start an animal rescue because we took in so many animals during the pandemic. After she was gone, I had to find good homes for practically all of them. I kept our old cat and our old chinchilla. I wish you a wonderful day.

nancyhudler @marissa44444444 So sorry for your loss, it sounds like your daughter was a wonderful individual. I thank you and your daughter for having the heart and a place for these animals to come to during the pandemic. I know things were crazy with so many people and their pets and not being able to care for them. I’m the dog control officer in my town and our shelter manager and even though I was not over whelmed with surrendered dogs during that time I heard so many stories from other local shelters.

nancyhudler I thank God for folks like your daughter and I wish she could have continued her dream and had a rescue for all the animals in need. I’m sure your daughter is at the rainbow bridge greeting all the animals coming across with open arms. 💕🐾💕 That’s where I want to be when I leave this world.
