NWT Theory chiffon silk top

*PLEASE READ. Gorgeous peachy pink chiffon silk shell top that ties at the back of the neck. It is NWT and originally retailed for $265 or $345 (both prices visible on sticker). There is a slight call out, there are a few very small runs. They are very very difficult to see, but I felt it was important to mention and it is reflected in the price. Approx 18.5” PTP Thank you!
