A lightweight blouse features v-shaped ruffle down the front and gathered elbow-length sleeves in a victorian cotton. Very cute blouse. Soft and light weight cotton. Button back. Ruffle V in front. Excellent condition. Measures 22” pit to pit. 23” long. Size 2 which is equivalent to a medium but top runs big. Could work for medium and large.
