These shorts are new with tags and they come from a smoke free home The fabric is 55% cotton, 37% polyester and 8% spandex. They are size small, the inseam measures 10 1/2 inches, the rise is 10 inches and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 15 inches across and stretches to 19 inches across.
