NWT Tank with Strapped Back

Super cute Paraella aqua tank with red hearts, and a few pops of royal blue and yellow. It features a double strap detail on each shoulder in the back. It looks great by itself, or would be perfect for work under a cardigan! I got it from Francesca's when I was on vacay, didn't try it on first, and here we are! My loss is your gain!!!
