NWT Talever velvet polka dot dress

NWT Talever velvet polka dot dress, black, size XSmall Lovely halter top dress with V cut out neckline. Sheer black with velvet polka dots, fully lined, velvet bow on waistline, knee length. Size is small but listing as XS. Did not fit on my mannequin. Measurements are pit to pit 16 inches, waist 13 inches. Model in photo is 5’8” and weighs 110 pounds (see last photo). Excellent condition
