This Talbots open front duster style cardigan is new with tags and in excellent condition. It is 70% cotton and 30% modal. It is machine washable and does come with an extra button for the sleeves. The color is a cross between a blue and green and would be closest to teal. Please check pictures because colors are sometimes subjective.
