This is a beautiful NWT Talbots Black Dress in a 2P. Their is big chunky beads around the neckline giving a cool effect. The fabric is like a Grograin ribbon. Dress is fully lined. Shell is 76% cotton and 24% silk. Lining is 100% Polyester. UA measurement is 16.5”.
