NWT. Black stretch midi petite dress with wrap style bust. Waist is y made too short, so someone that doesn’t wear petites could comfortably wear as mini. Matching belt with loops. Short sleeves, almost capped. Stretchy so I’d say it’s true to size, but a small can get away with wearing this.
