NWT Tailor & Twirl set size XL

NWT Tailor & Twirl skirt and blouse set in size XL. Sage green polka dot fabric, still has the blouse spare button. Blouse has see through sleeves, skirt has pockets and a minor snag from the hanger. A little wrinkly from sitting in the closet but excellent condition. The blouse has the tag but the skirt does not.
