This dress is brand new with tags by Tahari in a size 6. The top bodice part of the dress is 70%cotton, 26% nylon and 4% elastane. The bottom part of the dress is 97% viscose rayon and 3% elastane. The bust across is 18”, the waist is 29” and the length is 39”.
