NWT Tahari from Neiman Marcus XS sleeveless blouse

Never worn- new with tags. Beautiful avant-garde piece with colors of gold, off white, teal, black, brown. Really unique cut and silhouette. The front black piece drapes down and the top is silky and flowy. Very feminine and I love it but I bought it with the intention to fit into it someday and I never will so I’d rather someone else enjoy it. Check photos for approx measurements.
